Shipping information
Check the options available for your destination, then use the order record for shipment-specific updates.
Plan a delivery
-
Enter the actual delivery destination
Use the correct country and address at checkout to see the available delivery options and charges for that order.
-
Review the available option before payment
Check the delivery information shown for the selected destination. If no option appears, or a required arrival date needs confirmation, contact KPR before placing the order.
-
Use the order record after purchase
Keep the order confirmation and shipping updates. When tracking is provided, the carrier's latest event is the starting point for a delivery enquiry.
-
If a parcel arrives damaged
Keep the packaging, shipping label and affected items available. Record the delivery date and describe the damage in the form below, with the order and tracking numbers. Keep clear photographs ready to provide when requested.
-
If tracking says delivered but the parcel is missing
Check the delivery address, the carrier's delivery details and any reception or agreed receiving point. Ask anyone who may have accepted the parcel. If it is still missing, contact the carrier using the tracking record and send KPR the order number, tracking number, delivery-event date and the checks already completed.
Prepare a useful shipping question
- Destination country and postal code.
- Exact model, size and quantity.
- Order number if a purchase has already been placed.
- Any delivery requirement that needs confirmation before you order.
For a workforce or volume enquiry, include the delivery locations and required quantities so the business team can review the request.
Confirm before making a commitment
Delivery availability, charges and timing depend on the destination and the options shown at checkout. A product listing or enquiry does not by itself confirm that a delivery service is available.
Check a delivery question
Tell us the destination and order number if relevant. For a damaged or missing parcel, include tracking, the latest delivery event and a clear description of the issue.
