Plan Team Sizing

Global workforce sizing guide · Exact-model documentation remains the final product check.
DIRECT ANSWER

Build a workforce size plan from measured feet, required widths, normal work socks and a trial of the exact model. Record exceptions before the main order, keep model and size data together, and plan exchanges and replacements so the team program does not rely on a simple list of usual shoe sizes.

Build a usable workforce size roster

Collect the information required to make a model-level decision before requesting the main order. Avoid converting a list of casual-shoe sizes into a bulk safety-footwear order without measurement and trial.

Use a six-stage sizing workflow

  1. Define the approved model shortlist. Complete the protection and model-document review before fitting.
  2. Measure both feet. Use centimetres and note width, socks, insoles and orthotics.
  3. Prepare a trial size range. Include adjacent sizes and required widths where available.
  4. Test work movement. Check walking, turning, stairs, kneeling and other normal tasks on a clean surface.
  5. Record exceptions. Do not force one model on workers whose measurements or fit results fall outside the approved range.
  6. Approve the main order. Keep worker, model, size and trial result together.

Plan exchanges before rollout

Set the exchange window, condition requirements, responsible contact and available replacement sizes before distribution. This reduces downtime and keeps worn or altered pairs from being returned as unused trial footwear.

Keep sizing data usable for reorders

  • Record the exact model and configuration with every approved size.
  • Recheck measurements after a major fit complaint, role change or model change.
  • Do not transfer a size automatically between different lasts or constructions.
  • Protect worker information and limit the roster to fields needed for purchasing and fit.
  • Track issue, exchange and replacement dates according to the workforce program.
Fit note: Sizing and internal fit can vary by model. Confirm the exact product, width, socks and work movement before ordering or issuing footwear.
